A Delicious Hobby

The autumn and winter seasons ALWAYS put me in the mood for baking. Perhaps because carbs are comforting in the cold months? Perhaps because the weather’s too icky to go outside to do anything else? Whatever the reason, I always have a resurgence of baking as a primary hobby during these months. My latest obsession has been snickerdoodles. As a Gluten Free Gal , baking can be somewhat tricky. Recipes must be revised to accommodate gluten-free alternatives, and there’s a lot of trial and error that goes into it. But I’ve FINALLY landed on a fine-tuned snickerdoodle recipe that has my whole family drooling! Needless to say, we’ll all be enjoying lots of snickerdoodles this season. 😊
